CMT would like to welcome Kevin Miller, our new Surface Transportation engineer in the Springboro, OH office. Mr. Miller started with CMT at the end of February. He joins us after nearly 20 years of experience working as a traffic engineer and asset manager. Mr. Miller is IMSA Level 2 certified to do design work in traffic signal cabinets and has worked on more than 400 traffic signal installations in Ohio. He has also worked on traffic operations studies including an interesting Amish Strategic Safety Plan in NE Ohio.
