CMT would like to welcome Carrie Dilley, our new Surface Transportation Engineer in the Kansas City, MO office. She started with CMT mid-May. With over 9 years’ experience, Ms. Dilley has expertise in roadway design. She also has extensive roadway design software experience that includes Microstation, InRoads, Geopak, BidTabs Professional and Estimate 2000. Currently, she is working as CMT’s design engineer for the Route 160 widening project for the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and the I-44 interchange improvement project in Marshfield, MO. Ms. Dilley graduated from the University of Kansas with a master’s in civil engineering.
