As a sub-unit of CMT Land Development, CMT survey teams offer surveying services for a wide variety of projects.
CMT survey crews are experienced in conducting topographic surveys and mapping, traverse, triangulation, and leveling. They also regularly complete route, boundary, cross-section, quantity, hydrographic, geodetic, utility surveys, as well as construction layout and staking.
CMT survey crews utilize the latest technologically-advanced equipment, including Robotic & GPS Total Stations with Data Collector equipment.
We also utilize Trimble Model 4800, R8 GNSS GPS total stations along with 6 receivers, 2 base stations, and data collectors. Information collected from these instruments is incorporated directly into computer-assisted design and drafting (cadd) programs which include both Microstation and AutoCad-based software such as Acad-Civil3D and Microstation-Geopak.
