CMT was selected to convert 175 acres of undeveloped farmland into an easily accessible development suitable for office, commercial, and light industrial use. CMT assigned a multi-disciplined project team to provide a wide range of planning and engineering services for the Parkway Pointe development.
The team completed preliminary studies of the transportation network, drainage requirements, and utility availability. Within the development, CMT prepared layouts and designed the majority of the site development improvements for a 30-acre shopping center that houses Walmart and Target Greatland stores along with 70,000 square feet of leased retail space.
This project contributed greatly to CMT's ability to attract a national clientele for its land development services.
