Crawford, Murphy & Tilly to Acquire Springfield, Missouri Firm

NOV 16, 2011: Crawford, Murphy &Tilly, Inc. (CMT), consulting engineers, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Mathews & Associates, Inc. (MAI),  a full-service civil engineering firm located in Springfield, Missouri. The acquisition will be finalized on January 1, 2012 when the entire MAI staff will become full-time CMT employees. This will be the firm’s second Missouri office and its tenth overall, including its headquarters in Springfield, Illinois.

For over 25 years, MAI has served both municipal and private clients specializing in transportation, water, stormwater, land development, precision surveys and construction engineering services. CMT and MAI have worked together on projects at Springfield-Branson National Airport and for the Missouri Department of Transportation, among others.
