Military and Special Projects Group Manager
Rich is an airfield pavement management and design specialist and CMT’s Group Manager for Military and Special projects. He’s a former military man himself, with 8 years active duty and 13 years reserve duty as a Civil Engineer in the Air Force, evaluating pavements all over the world. With CMT since 1999, he continues to be a recognized expert in airfield pavements and design criteria for military and civilian airports.
