CMT would like to welcome Dallas Joplin our new Surface Transportation Engineer in the Springfield, MO office. He started with CMT at the beginning of August. After receiving his bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Missouri he attained 12 years’ experience working for another consulting engineering firm. Mr. Joplin is a professional engineer in Missouri and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. He is an expert in Microstation and traffic engineering.
