CMT would like to welcome Andy Mueller, PE, our new Construction Services Manager in the Springfield, MO office. With expertise in project management, construction administration and DOT program compliance, Mr. Mueller is a welcome addition to the CMT family. He has nearly 30 years’ experience with the last 28 spent in various roles and leadership positions at the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) where he recently retired as Assistant District Engineer Over Program Delivery. In this capacity, he led the Project Delivery Team for MoDOT’s Southwest District, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including planning, right-of-way, design and construction.
Mr. Mueller is currently President-elect of the Ozark Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers and has served as membership chair for the past four years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Missouri.
