CMT would like to welcome Alexis Eddings, the new benefits specialist in our Springfield, IL office. A self-motivated professional with over two years’ administrative experience, she is an expert in supporting Human Resources personnel and posting employment vacancies. Alexis is skilled at maintaining employee records, recruitment, HRIS data entry, and leading the pre-employment and on-boarding process. She exhibits a high level of discretion in handling confidential information and prides herself on excellent employee relations. She has her bachelor’s in business administration and management from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Alexis is currently studying for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
