Over the past 40 plus years, Gary has served numerous municipal and county governments in Florida to address their infrastructure needs as both consultant and City Engineer. Gary brings seasoned insight having helped those communities deliver a variety of projects ranging from roads, utilities, water and sewers, parks, schools, municipal buildings, sports complexes, airports and commercial developments to name a few.
As the manager of CMT’s Jacksonville, Florida office, Gary has mentored staff over the years fostering an environment of client dedication and responsiveness that has earned the trusted adviser status by many clients.
