CMT would like to welcome Jennifer Miller, our new Surface Transportation professional in the Springboro, OH office. She started with CMT at the end of May. Ms. Miller received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. She has knowledge and skills in NEPA review, noise assessment, environmental site assessments and environmental sampling.
