“Along with his intelligence and technical expertise, what really stands out about Jim is his passion. No matter the project size, he brings an intense passion to solving problems and fulfilling the client’s needs,” said Matt Overbey, who presented the award.
Michael began working at CMT in 1995, right after graduating from Valparaiso University with a degree in civil engineering. He serves as a project manager for Department of Transportation and municipal clients and specializes in drainage solutions. In addition to his professional duties, Michael is active in Engineers in the Classroom, a program that promotes STEM-related careers to students in kindergarten through high school.
CMT would like to congratulate Jim Michael and to thank ISPE for recognizing his important contributions to the engineering profession.
