CMT would like to welcome Patrick Holtrop, our new Real Estate Agent in the Springfield, IL office. He started with CMT in October. Mr. Holtrop received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Illinois Springfield. Along with being an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker, Mr. Holtrop brings experience in negotiating land and right-of-way acquisitions as well as CAD production of property documents and preparing legal documents/property maps. Mr. Holtrop is an Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) approved negotiator.
