CMT is very proud to have been named, the Illinois Society of Professional Engineer (ISPE)’s Best Large Firm to Work For. The ISPE’s Best Firms to Work for Competition recognized firms that strive for continuous innovation, not only on the projects they undertake, but also the environment they create for their employees. The competition is determined by an anonymous survey to firm employees who provide information to ISPE for the ISPE’s evaluations. This year, CMT had nearly half of their eligible Illinois employees provide complimentary surveys.
