Seven staff members of Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. (CMT) were named as new associates at the firm’s most recent board of directors meeting. As associates, the seven employees are eligible for stock ownership in the privately-held corporation.

Kristy Allen, SHRM, is Director of Human Resources and works out of the Springfield, IL headquarters office. With 25 years of experience, including nine with CMT, she supports CMT’s growth strategy, both geographically and number of employees.

Nick Batta, PE, is a Project Manager working in CMT’s Indianapolis Surface Transportation Group. With CMT since 2016, Nick has over 15 years of experience serving both Indiana DOT and municipal transportation client needs. He is a graduate of Purdue University.

Brian Bond, PE, is a Senior Transportation Engineer in the Springfield, IL office, where he provides design leadership and support to major roadway projects for the Illinois Department of Transportation and local municipalities. He has 14 years of experience with CMT and is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ben Cooley, PE, is a Senior Project Manager in CMT’s Columbus, OH Aviation Group, where he provides leadership and support to a variety of airport and transportation design projects. He has 16 years of experience and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Joining CMT in 2006, Adrianne Eilers, PE is a Project Engineer/Manager working in the St. Louis Water Resources Group, where she specializes in the planning and design of wastewater infrastructure, including treatment facilities, pumping stations and sewers. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

With over 20 years of experience, Shelby Ingle, PE joined CMT in the Dayton/Cincinnati Regional Office in 2016. She has a wide range of expertise in transportation, water resources and utilities, and serves as a Client and Project Manager for multiple municipalities and the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Amanda Withers, PE, is a Project Engineer/Manager working in CMT’s Springfield, IL Water Resources Group. Amanda has 17 years of diverse experience in water infrastructure, including design of treatment plants, pump stations, and watermains, as well as facilitating water rate studies, and SRF loan and grant programs.
