CMT would like to welcome Paul Ina, Surface Transportation Group Manager-Florida Region, in our new Jacksonville, FL office. He started with CMT in the middle of March. Mr. Ina has over 31 years’ experience in civil engineering design including roadway, traffic, drainage and utilities. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Civil Engineer for the U.S. Navy in Jacksonville, FL (NADEP JAX) for 10 years, where he managed and inspected the construction of base-wide civil and roadway projects. In preparation for his professional career, Mr. Ina received a master’s in environmental engineering from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the University of Florida. He is a current licensed professional engineer in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina with certifications in Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), Florida Safety Council and Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Erosion & Sedimentation Control.
