CMT would like to welcome Blake Balster our new Human Resources Generalist in the Springfield, IL office. Mr. Balster graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s in psychology with coursework in human resources management and industrial/organizational psychology. He attained experience as a human resource associate at Lincoln Land Community College where he collaborated with the recruitment team to execute the screening and interview process.
