CMT would like to welcome Tez Ward, our new Aviation Planner in our Springfield, MO office.  Mr. Ward started his career in the United States Air Force, serving 10 years, which included 6 deployments in support of operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Noble Eagle, as a mechanic on the C-130 cargo aircraft and later as a flight engineer on the KC-10A inflight refueling aircraft.  After separating from the military, Mr. Ward received his master’s degree in finance and an MBA from Arizona State University.  Heavily involved in the community, Tez was formerly a Springfield-Branson National Airport Board member and is a Trustee for the Springfield-Greene County Library Board, member of Rotary International, Missouri State University’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ Diversity Grant Committee, City of Springfield City Utilities Citizens Advisory Council, and serves on the City of Springfield Chief of Police’s Advisory Council.  Currently for CMT, Mr. Ward is working on financial analyses for Lee’s Summit (MO) Municipal Airport as well as St. Louis Lambert International Airport.  Recently, Mr. Ward founded an impact investing firm which seeks to raise private capital for investment in high impact projects and businesses in Springfield, MO opportunity zones.
