CMT’s Civil Site and Architectural services have now been combined to form the Building and Site Services business unit. This change reflects the recent integration of our growing architecture team into what was formerly referred to as the Civil & Site Services unit.
The better integration allows us to provide our host of building and site services as a one-stop shop solution for the wide range of public and private sector clients we serve. This approach also allows us to better promote our building-specific support services such as mechanical, electrical and structural.
“This is truly a holistic approach to serving our existing clients and opening doors for new ones,” says Chris Stritzel, who assumed the role of Director of Building and Site Services earlier this year.
Clients of CMT’s other business units will also benefit from the value-added services that this combined unit will provide.
