CMT would like to welcome Malissa Julien, the new Certified Real Estate Appraiser in our Springfield, MO office. Ms. Julien is a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with nearly 30 years of experience in appraising, managing, purchasing, and selling real estate for transportation-related projects. Over her career, she has performed appraisal, property management, purchasing, and selling activities for a diverse range of commercial and residential properties. Ms. Julien has a bachelor’s in Finance & Real Estate from Southwest Missouri State University.
