CMT would like to welcome Craig Huckaby, a new construction inspector in our Springfield, MO office. Craig joins CMT after a 30-year career with the Missouri Department of Transportation where he worked as both a Materials Inspector & Senior Construction Inspector.
He has a comprehensive knowledge of materials inspection including the procurement of contracts, reviewing final plans, performing audits, and creating and administering training for the district construction staff.
Craig’s construction inspection experience includes generating pay estimates, creating change orders, adjusting contracts, and tracking stockpiled materials. His background working as an inspector on several large MoDOT highway and bridge projects has given him an exceptional understanding of Missouri’s standard project specifications.
