CMT would like to welcome Kiyett Brown, Ph.D., a transportation engineer in our Indianapolis, IN office.
Most recently, Kiyett served as a traffic signal engineer intern at the City of Tallahassee. During her time with the City of Tallahassee, she assisted with signal timing updates and retiming efforts. She regularly assisted with writing reports for FDOT approval when implementing major traffic operations and performed traffic safety analyses. She also updated Synchro models to reflect real-time operations.
She holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in civil engineering from Florida A&M University. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics/physics from Emory & Henry College.
