CMT would like to welcome Justin Harrell, an aviation engineer in our Nashville, TN office.
Justin has gained experience on a variety of airport design and construction projects, demonstrating knowledge in plan production, design reports, specifications, exhibits, cost estimates, and stakeholder engagement, in accordance with FAA Advisory Circulars. During the construction administration and observation phase of projects, Justin verifies shop drawings have met specifications prior to the commencement of construction to minimize material issues during construction.
Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
