CMT would like to welcome Vincent Tan, a structural engineer in our Aurora, IL office.
Most recently, Vincent worked as a bridge inspection intern for the Canadian National Railway. In this role, he assisted bridge inspectors to inspect railroad bridges and culverts, conducted job briefings to coworkers onsite, assessed train activities, and established load ratings on timber railroad bridges.
Vincent earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University. During his time at Iowa State, he served as a research assistant for both the Department of Structural Engineering and Transportation Engineering.
