Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) holds company-wide meetings throughout the year to provide progress updates on strategic initiatives, share insights across disciplines and geographies, and recognize professional excellence and outstanding contributions. The CMT Recognition Program is an annual highlight of accomplishments across the firm. Jayne Stanfill
Based in CMT’s Indianapolis office, Project Administrative Assistant Jayne Stanfill is the person who makes things happen, whether it’s supporting project managers, improving office operations, coordinating public involvement events, or simply making people feel welcome and valued. She steps into whatever role is needed and delivers exceptional results, supporting and improving processes.
She has an exceptional ability to recognize what needs to be done and take ownership of it. As a result, her work saves project managers countless hours each year, improves efficiency across multiple offices, and removes barriers before they become challenges. Her contributions lead to stronger teams, smoother operations, better client service, and a lasting impact that reaches far beyond any single role or responsibility.
Thank you, Jayne, for your hard work and the positive impact you make every day.
Marion Wells
Environmental Scientist Marion Wells in CMT’s Dayton, OH, office exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond through her leadership, expertise, and dedication to others around her. Throughout the year, she has spent countless hours in the field, often away from home, leading complex survey efforts and delivering high-quality work that supports the growth of CMT’s environmental services.
Whether she is tackling technical challenges, improving processes, or mentoring colleagues, Marion is a trusted resource for employees across the company. She also shares her knowledge with others externally. In October 2026, she represented CMT at the Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference, sharing her expertise with more than 4,000 industry professionals, agency leaders, and potential clients.
