CMT would like to welcome David Holguin-Mejia, a transportation engineer in our Indianapolis, IN, office. In 2025, he graduated with his master’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University. In 2022, he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National University of Colombia.
