CMT would like to welcome Gary Bingenheimer, PE, a water resources project manager in our Springfield, IL, office. Gary spent 28 years with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency where he managed the State Revolving Fund loan programs for over 10 years. In 1997, he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
