CMT would like to welcome Johnny Teegardin, a transportation project manager in our Springfield, MO, office. Johnny spent 24 years with MoDOT as a District Construction & Materials Engineer and eight years with the Arkansas Army National Guard, where he achieved the highest rank as Colonel. In 1993, he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas.
