CMT would like to welcome Johnny Teegardin, a licensed professional engineer who serves as the Construction Services Manager in our Springfield, MO, office. Johnny spent 32 years with MoDOT as a District Construction & Materials Engineer and 34 years with the Arkansas Army National Guard, where he achieved the highest rank as Colonel. In 1993, he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas.
