CMT would like to welcome Kelly Borman, PE, a senior water resources engineer. Kelly rejoins CMT, bringing over 16 years of hydraulic engineering experience with knowledge in numerous software platforms for basic to advanced analysis of drainage and water distribution systems. In 2004, she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
