Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) provided architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering services for improvements to an office building and site to adapt to the needs of a new owner. The project consisted of a complete interior renovation of the 23,000 SF, three level building, with site enhancements that included, existing parking lot modifications, new ADA ramp, landscaping, exterior lighting, generator and a new parking lot. Interior renovations included newly configured private and open office space, lobby, break room, training room, and new restrooms. CMT also coordinated furniture and landscaping designs.
