Rehabilitation of Runway 4-22

Port Bucyrus-Crawford County Airport | City of Bucyrus, OH

This project included the rehabilitation of the Runway 4-22 pavement by the 2” removal of the existing asphalt and replacement with minor repairs and transverse grade improvements.

The project also included earthwork improvements to bring existing ground adjacent to the Runway 4-22 pavement within the Runway Safety Area into compliance with current FAA design criteria.  The project resulted in a fully compliant safety area.
