CMT designed a state-of-the-art, 90,000-square-foot corporate executive aircraft hangar – substantially larger than typical facilities of its kind. The hangar accommodates four corporate jets and features comprehensive ancillary spaces to support a full range of aeronautical operations and world-class aircraft maintenance.

The facility consists of two expansive hangar bays separated by a central two-story core. This core houses administrative and hospitality spaces, offering a suite of amenities designed to support daily operations while enhancing the experience for personnel and guests.

Key features of the core include:

• A grand two-story lobby and lounge that creates a welcoming and sophisticated entry experience; 

• A mix of private and open offices to support flexible workspaces for staff and executives; 

• Conference rooms, restrooms, and a breakroom designed for comfort and functionality; and 
• An indoor parking garage with space for approximately 20 vehicles, providing secure on-site access for staff and visitors. 

At the rear of the hangar, CMT’s design strategically placed operational rooms to streamline the maintenance and upkeep of the aircraft. These rooms include a maintenance shop, a paint shop, and storage space. The facility also features shipping and receiving areas; a maintenance equipment garage; and mechanical, electrical, and fire-suppression rooms.
