In 2010, he graduated with his master’s degree in organizational behavior studies from Benedictine University. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management information technology from Aurora University. Eric brings 18 years of experience, most recently serving as the talent acquisition manager for Springfield Clinic.
