Principal/Advisor
Joining CMT in 1983, Dan built a remarkable 40-year career with a focus on organizational management and transportation infrastructure. Dan currently serves as a Principal/Advisor at CMT while also representing the firm and the industry as a Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of ACEC National.
From 2013 to 2024, Dan served as the CEO, guiding CMT through its most expansive growth period. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant advancements in team composition, geographic reach, service offerings, and revenue. Beyond measurable success, Dan served as a role model for CMT’s values, and his integrity and humility have been a source of inspiration for colleagues and clients alike.

Dan continues to be a strong voice for STEM-focused initiatives, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), and sustainable infrastructure funding.
