Senior Environmental Scientist
As a Senior Environmental Scientist with over 30 years of experience, Jennifer Miller serves as a technical expert on projects, both for clients and for her co-workers.
“I’ll give them a heads-up if I see that a NEPA requirement might come into play, or get into the weeds on a particular issue,” Jennifer says. “It’s all about avoiding surprises and keeping projects running smoothly.”
Jennifer specializes in writing technically sound NEPA documents and performing noise modeling and abatement analysis, informing her work with objective and thorough insights. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to lend her expertise to hazardous substance investigations and community impact and environmental justice analyses. Getting to tackle a broad range of issues is one of the things she likes best about her job, along with all the exciting and interesting people she gets to work with at CMT.
“They are so enthusiastic about the environment outside of work as well. They love growing things and get excited about the wildlife they come across in their neighborhoods or on vacation.”
Jennifer spends her off hours reading and sewing, and always has at least one home improvement project going. She and her husband also enjoy hiking, cooking, and hanging out with the family.
