GIS Specialist

With nearly 40 years of technical consulting experience, Jim Box’s industry knowledge, business acumen, and communication skills have allowed him to establish trusted relationships with clients and business partners, and his unique problem-solving skills have built many bridges between client’s business needs and software solutions.

Jim has 21 years of full-stack software development experience, and as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and Web Developer, he can design, implement, and support complete solutions that involve both the hardware and software environments.

Jim is also well-versed in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Asset Management Systems (AMS), and Facility Management Systems (FMS). Whether it’s developing an app in Python for a GIS client, designing a solution for a company that needs to integrate their ESRI and Autodesk technologies, or implementing an Asset Management system for an airport needing to achieve digital Part 139 certification, he has the knowledge and skills to drive these projects from conception to completion.

Additionally, Jim is an FAA certified Part 107 sUAS pilot, a software training specialist, and in his spare time, he builds furniture for family and friends.
