Rachel has more than 13 years of experience in the aviation industry. As an Air Service Development Director, Rachel has supported small-, medium-, and large-hub airports in recruiting new carriers and new capacity. She understands that every community is unique and that telling their story with compelling, data-driven analysis is essential.

Prior to consulting, Rachel worked at Southwest Airlines primarily in Network Planning, but also in the areas of Finance and Airport Affairs. During her tenure at Southwest, Rachel led various initiatives focusing on international strategy, new route opportunities, capacity planning, long-term planning, and network design.

Throughout her career, Rachel has rooted her work in Aviation with a foundation in economic principles. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Art in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her education in economics brings a unique approach to Air Service Development unmatched by other firms.

“I am an economist at heart but fell in love with aviation,” Rachel said. “I’m hooked. It’s humbling to be a part of this industry — bringing experiences and families together.”
