Scott has 22 years of expertise working with state and local governments in a wide variety of urban and regional planning issues. Through this experience, Scott has become a champion of good community planning, helping municipalities to understand that the critical step of “planning” will positively impact budgeting for capital improvements, future economic development, and overall community character. Scott’s wide variety of planning experience includes expertise in long-term planning initiatives such as comprehensive plans, transportation corridor plans, and zoning overlay districts as well as day-to-day zoning and subdivision administration. The value of a well-planned, safe, and aesthetically pleasing community is always top-of-mind when Scott is coordinating with stakeholders to provide the best plan for the both the long-term and short-term objectives.
In Scott’s free time, he loves to spend time with his wife and two daughters, travel, watch Cardinal’s baseball, and run.
