Continuous improvement is one of our guiding philosophies here at CMT. It’s about instilling a passion for getting better at everything we do, every single day. Sean is a perfect example of this mindset in action.
“I try to raise the bar and create a new standard for excellence on every project I work on,” Sean says. “By taking lessons-learned from previous projects and applying them to the job at hand, I’m able to provide enhanced value to my client.”
Sean is a project engineer in our Aviation unit, working at airports of all types and sizes. While clients are benefitting from his diversified experience, he learns from them as well.
“My favorite part of working with clients is seeing how their perspective influences the direction of a project. Knowing their motivations and key issues helps me set priorities to be met during design and construction.”
One of Sean’s priorities away from the job is his local American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, an event he’s been active with for many years. He’s also a book lover with a particular interest in dystopian fiction. We have to say though, Sean’s future looks quite bright.
