Director of Air Service Development
Kenneth Strickland’s passion is for research – collecting data then digging into the numbers and facts to identify trends. But the real satisfaction comes when his findings can be applied directly to benefit a client.
“There is nothing more professionally fulfilling for me than seeing a new flight land for the first time and knowing that my efforts were instrumental to making it happen. Our work is dynamic, difficult and has real world implications for the communities we serve – which makes success incredibly rewarding for me,” Kenneth says.
Prior to joining CMT, Kenneth spent a decade working at commercial service airports, where he oversaw consumer commercial strategy, air service development, and consumer research. Before that he was involved with consumer marketing across many sectors, including travel and leisure. That knowledge and expertise serves him well as CMT’s Director of Air Service Development.
“I offer comprehensive guidance on all facets of the air service development process, including those tied to route marketing and community outreach and support. The candid, data-driven insights and recommendations I provide are easily leveraged by clients to solve problems and determine where investments should be made,” he says.
Kenneth is driven by doing meaningful work and is proud to be part of a team that values the perspectives that each member brings to the process. As a licensed pilot, he enjoys flying his family to discover new destinations. He also gives back to the community by working with organizations that introduce young people to aviation and coaching youth baseball.
