CMT would like to welcome Harrison Earl, our new Senior Consultant of Air Service Development and Planning.  Mr. Earl has more than 11 years of aviation experience working on commercial strategy for both airports and airlines. He is a lifelong aviation geek and licensed private pilot with a passion for aviation. His expertise is turning data into actionable insights and helping leaders understand the results to make critical decisions.

Through his work at Southwest Airlines and Denver International Airport, Mr. Earl has touched nearly all commercial parts of aviation. While at Southwest Airlines, he helped set the commercial strategy for cities across the country and aligned marketing efforts to that strategy. He also introduced new analytical processes and tools to the marketing department in order to improve revenue. At Denver International Airport, Mr. Earl led the implementation for a new concessions master plan strategy and managed relationships with many of DEN’s airline partners. He was responsible for ensuring that revenue initiatives could be feasibly funded in the airport’s capital program, and would produce the required long-term revenue targets included in DEN’s financial statements.

“Harrison’s background in commercial strategy, marketing, and airline planning continues to strengthen CMTs service offerings and aligns with our core values as a firm. We are excited to have Harrison join the CMT Family,” said Doug Gregory, Manager of Aviation Planning.
