CMT would like to welcome Hannah Bickes, SHRM-CP, a human resources generalist in our Springfield, IL, office.
Hannah brings in seven years of experience in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning. In her previous role, Hannah worked as the workforce planning coordinator at Memorial Health. Before that she served as a senior recruiter for Memorial.
She earned her master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She also received her bachelor’s degree in management from Illinois State University.
