CMT would like to welcome Tamia Williams, a senior talent acquisition specialist in our St. Louis, MO office.
Previously, Tamia worked as a senior talent acquisition advisor for BJC where she managed a high volume of recruitments. She conducted recruitment cycle activities such as screening resumes, interviewing candidates, administering appropriate assessments, providing hiring managers feedback, and extending offers. She collaborated with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring processes.
Tamia graduated with a master’s degree in communications and bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Lindenwood University.
