CMT would like to welcome Matthew Otter, EIT, an aviation engineer in our Denver, CO office.
Matt joins CMT from The Pueblo Board of Public Works in Colorado where he tested, repaired, and replaced water meters and wired and programmed meter transmission devices. His diverse occupational background lends him experience with public works, construction, and engineering design.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder.
