Senior Consultant and Principal Value Specialist
Distinguished by over 50 years of project experience in the transportation and civil engineering industries and several years of expansive executive leadership at CMT, Warren is now enjoying the opportunity to focus exclusively on engineering as an experienced QC/QA and constructability reviewer as well as a SAVE-International-trained Certified Value Specialist (CVS). He brings unique communication and facilitation skills to lead VE studies, practical design workshops, and quality improvement consultations. Recognized for his innovative uses and applications of the value methodology, Warren is a frequent presenter at SAVE International, Value Analysis Canada, and AASHTO VE conferences.
A teacher at heart, Warren is a resource of knowledge for younger professionals. In addition to his contributions to employees and the industry at large, Warren is currently chair of Bradley University Civil Engineering & Construction (CEC) Department’s Advisory Board. He is also personally invested in international missions, where he has made numerous trips abroad, sponsors multiple kids in Kenya and Mexico, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Myanmar Agape Christian Mission (MACM) in Yangon, Myanmar.
